Noel is president of Noel T Brown Construction Inc. and Noel T Brown Custom Homes Inc., as well as NTB North America Inc. Noel has over 25 years experience in building and construction, from land development and custom homes to commercial construction and all phases of private construction, including additions, renovations, remodeling, office, tenant build outs, hospitality and more. Noel’s commitment to excellence is obvious by the quality of his work and the relationships that have been built on honesty and integrity. Noel is a member of the Home Builders Association, National Home Builders Association and a variety of construction related organizations. Noel is a dedicated family man and supports his community, assisting and donating to Law Enforcement, Fire Departments, Hazmat, Make-A-Wish Foundation and Little League Baseball, Football and Soccer leagues to name a few.

James Dean Purcell

James Dean Purcell has over 25 years experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction. Jim has extensive supervision and job estimating experience. Jims ability to work with people from all levels including homeowners, clients, client representatives, architects, engineers and government officials has made him stand out in the building / construction business.
Jim is very active in the community and has always devoted his time and financially helped many causes and charities. |

Scott Townsend has been in design for over 15 years. Scott has extensive experience in custom homes, commercial, remodeling, renovations, additions as well as private custom design. Scott has also worked in the mission field.
Scott’s commitment excellence to our clients has far exceeded their expectations. Scott is a loyal family man and Bradenton Christian High School basketball coach. |
